SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. The customer will receive the order confirmation mail when he completes the checkout.
  2. The Order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
  3. Transit time will be 3-10 working days.
  4. Customer will receive the order within 10 working days.
  5. The customer will receive the order confirmation mail when they complete the checkout, the order will be delivered at the customer's given address.

The phrase "personal information" means any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, etc. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you that any personal information we gather from you, such as your phone number and email address, will never be shared with a third party and will only be used to send you order updates, offers, and promotional SMS/emails.

HOW TO RETURN/REPLACE AN ORDER

  • We offer a return and replacement within 3 days of the goods being delivered.
  • TheGolf-shop.in will not be liable for any errors after the 3 days are exhausted.
  • For a product to be returned or replaced the customer has to raise a request by sending a mail to us at contactus@thegolf-shop.com with the shipping label attached within 3 days item to be delivered.
  • It will be processed within 48 hours after the request has been raised.
  • If our return pickup courier partner does not cover your pin-code, you need to self-return the product to our warehouse by your preferred courier.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
  • Return or replacement will be initiated once the product reaches our fulfilment center and passes our quality check.
  • The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfilment center is generally 3-10 business days. The replacement product is provided directly to the customer upon receipt of the return, or reimbursement can be issued in accordance with the policy.
  • Due to some areas being unavailable for the pickup service by our courier partner, we would request you to self-ship the product through any courier service and the due amount will be refunded.
