REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund: 

We will initiate the refund process only after the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact and must be unused and undamaged by you. After receiving within 24 hours refund will be made.

Replacement: 

  • It will be processed within 48 hours after the request has been raised.
  • Directions for the request of refund/replacement: Please drop a mail us at contactus@thegolf-shop.com, please do attach the shipping label in the mail.
  • If our return pickup courier partner does not cover your pin-code, you need to self-return the product to our warehouse by your preferred courier.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated once the product reaches our fulfilment center and passes our quality check.
  • The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfilment center is generally 3-10 business days. The replacement product is provided directly to the customer upon receipt of the return, or reimbursement can be issued in accordance with the policy.

Cancellations:

Orders are only eligible for cancellation if the cancellation request is received before the shipping of Item.
